After seeing garland made of white lights and ribbon at Junk Garden Girl I knew I had to try this myself. I didn't have any ribbon scraps laying around as I am new to the crafting obsession, so I decided to use fabric. My 4 year old loved making this and asks at least five times a day if we can plug it in. I think this project was a success.
